
Cholov Yisroel
All our productions are under strict supervision of Rabbi Eckstein, Vaad Hakashrus Belz USA, from milking until packing of the finished product. Our mashgichiem make sure that only kosher cows or goats are used for our cheese productions. They also make sure that Cholov Yisrael starter cultures and rennet are used when making the cheese. Straight after the cheese production the cheeses are laid in a brine which is solely used for Amstelvelder. After all cheeses are laid in the brine, the mashgiach locks the brine.

Amstelvelder is produced under Rabbinical supervision from milking until packing of the cheese. All Amstelvelder cheeses are Kosher for Passover.
